1. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Lanceree
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• You may delete your account at any time through settings

2. User Content and Conduct

2.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to host and display your content to operate the Service.

2.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal, harassing, abusive, or defamatory
• Contains hate speech or promotes violence
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Contains sexually explicit content
• Doxxes or shares private information without consent

3. Premium Subscriptions

3.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

3.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After that, subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANCEREE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
